Enqueue is a new one-day conference for WordPress professionals, set to take place in Sydney this November. It’s designed for developers, engineers, and digital teams who build and manage large-scale WordPress platforms.
Set to take place on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Dr Chau Chak Wing Building at UTS, Enqueue is a joint effort by Web Directions, known for hosting leading web conferences in Australia, and The Code Company, a WordPress agency.
The event is designed to bring together professionals working with WordPress in complex environments, from backend infrastructure and DevOps to performance, block development, and editorial workflows. Sessions will focus on real-world challenges and what it takes to run modern WordPress platforms at scale.
Organisers say the goal is to create a space where WordPress professionals can connect, learn from each other, and share what’s next for WordPress. The conference will follow a single-track format, with a carefully selected lineup of local and international speakers. For those unable to attend in person, the event will also be streamed online through Conffab, with live captioning and access to all session recordings after the event.
The call for speakers is open now and runs until July 2025. Enqueue is part of a broader series of tech-focused events planned by Web Directions for 2025.
