🗣️TALK OF THE TOWN
Automattic and WP Engine submit new proposals
Automattic and WP Engine have submitted their dueling proposals as they have failed to come to terms mutually. The respective parties put forth proposals that each considers fair. Initially, WP Engine’s proposal was mistaken by many to be a granted injunction because of the way it was drafted. A careful look at the proposal reveals that it is a “Proposed Order” and not a granted one.
Samuel Sidler explored more into this dueling order as well as on Openverse.
