- PHP 8.3 released: The latest version includes typed consonants, a new json_validate() function, a new randomizer::getBytesFromString() method, and so on.

- Anthropic introduces Claude 2.1 with 200K context window: Claude 2.1 can now process up to 200,000 tokens of context, equivalent to around 150,000 words or 500 pages of text.
